We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled Data Science Lead to drive advanced analytics initiatives across Commercial, Financial, and HR domains. This role combines hands-on modeling expertise with strategic leadership to unlock insights, guide data-driven decisions, and mentor a growing team of data scientists. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve forecasting, performance measurement, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the data science roadmap aligned with business goals and transformation initiatives. • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for predictive modelling, optimization, and machine learning. • Design and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions to solve complex business problems. • Oversee the full lifecycle of model development—from data exploration and feature engineering to validation and deployment. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines, model scalability, and production readiness. • Ensure models are built on clean, reliable, and well-governed data. • Establish best practices for model documentation, versioning, and performance monitoring. • Promote ethical AI use and compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. • Work with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, HR, and IT to translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Support BI teams in integrating model outputs into dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Quick Sight/Suite, Tableau). • Report the data inconsistencies and collaborate with data owners to bridge the gap.
