Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Data Science Manager. Responsibilities include leading a team of data scientists and analysts to design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies and solutions. The Data Science Manager will oversee projects involving statistical modeling, data analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and presenting insights to stakeholders are integral elements of the role. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Analytical Skills • Expertise in Statistical Modeling and Statistics • Experience 3+ years, leading teams and managing data science projects • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R, SQL) • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly • Master’s or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field • Prior experience in the AI or data analytics domain is a plus
