Reporting To: In-charge Qualification: BSC Computer Science / BCA /MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / Data Science Experience: • 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence related roles (freshers with strong AI/ML project exposure may also apply). Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement AI and Machine Learning models to support business decision-making. • Work with hospital or organizational data to create predictive analytics and performance dashboards. • Build and maintain data pipelines and databases for efficient data processing. • Develop data visualization reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries. • Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and provide analytical solutions. • Support automation initiatives using AI tools and algorithms. • Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards. Technical Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of Python / R programming for data analysis. • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and AI concepts. • Knowledge of SQL, data mining, and data modeling. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and data interpretation. • Exposure to AI frameworks such as TensorFlow / Scikit-learn will be an added advantage. Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
