Their technology also offers solutions for real-time object tracking, industrial anomaly detection, contract analysis, and AI-generated 3D visualization. 🚀 Data Science Trainer – AI, Data Science & Analytics (50- positions) 📍 Location: Multiple Locations (India) 🧳 Travel: Willing to travel for in-person sessions We are looking for a highly skilled Master Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training programs across engineering and non-engineering institutions as part of a large-scale AI skilling initiative. 🔍 Role Description As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training programs covering AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Generative AI, ensuring learners gain job-ready, practical skills. Key Responsibilities: 🧑🏫 Training Delivery • Conduct Student Development Programs (SDPs) on AI, Data Science, and emerging technologies • Deliver sessions using lectures, live coding, hands-on labs, case studies, and projects • Train both technical and non-technical learners with adaptive teaching methods • Effectively cover the following areas: • Foundations of AI & Data Science • Python for Data Science (OOP, file handling, problem solving) • Data Analytics using Excel • Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data transformation) • Machine Learning & Deep Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, CNNs, RNNs) • Computer Vision & NLP (OpenCV, YOLO, Transformers, BERT) • Generative AI & Prompt Engineering (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, LLMs) • AI Tools & Platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Gemini API, Canva AI) • AI in Business Domains (Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Marketing) • AI Ethics & Responsible AI (Fairness, Explainability, GDPR, AI Act) • AI Security (Adversarial attacks, secure APIs, federated learning) 🤝 Coordination & Communication • Collaborate with stakeholders, curriculum teams, and subject-matter experts • Maintain attendance, assessments, progress reports, and learner feedback • Continuously update training content based on industry trends 🎓 Student Engagement & Mentorship • Mentor students in coding, data handling, and AI project development • Guide learners through industry projects and case studies • Support mock interviews, assessments, and problem-solving sessions 📊 Assessment & Reporting • Conduct theoretical and practical assessments • Provide structured feedback and learning improvement plans • Contribute to continuous enhancement of training pedagogy ✅ Qualifications 🎓 Education • B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Ph.D in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields 💼 Experience • 1+ years of experience in: • Python Programming (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Streamlit, Flask) • Machine Learning & Deep Learning • Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI) • AI Tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Hugging Face) • Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred 🛠️ Technical Skills • Programming: Python, SQL, Streamlit, Flask, Django • AI/ML/DL: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLP • Analytics: Excel, Power BI • Tools: VS Code, Jupyter, Anaconda, MySQL Workbench • AI Platforms: Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI 💡 Soft Skills • Strong communication & presentation skills • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way • Excellent classroom engagement and mentoring skills • Analytical and problem-solving mindset ⭐ Preferred (Optional) • Certifications in AI/ML, Data Analytics, Power BI, or Generative AI • Exposure to MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI Security • Experience with LMS or instructional design 📌 Additional Details • 📍 Location: Multiple locations (as per program requirements) • ✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel for workshops & training sessions
