As a Data Scientist - AI / ML Engineer at Getronics, you will be responsible for analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and recommendations for business stakeholders. Your role will involve applying data mining, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical techniques to extract insights and support decision-making. Additionally, you will be building data loading and analysis pipelines to improve model accuracy and scalability while staying updated on emerging data science and machine learning techniques. Roles and Responsibilities: - Analyze datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and recommendations for business stakeholders. - Design, develop, and validate statistical and machine learning models, hypotheses, and algorithms to solve business problems. - Apply data mining, predictive modeling, prescriptive analytics, and advanced statistical techniques to extract insights and support decision-making. - Build productive data loading, augmentation, and analysis pipelines to improve model accuracy and scalability, often automating processes for production environments. - Stay updated on emerging data science and machine learning techniques, continuously improving analysis efficiency, accuracy, and robustness. Key Skills and Tools: - Proficiency in statistics, mathematics, and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and validation for high-quality analytics. - Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard creation. - Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, business analysts, and software developers.
