About the job

Responsibilities: · Build and improve propensity models for cross-sell and up-sell. · Analyze customer data to find patterns and opportunities. · Work with large banking datasets and ensure the data is clean and accurate. · Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide insights. · Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings. · Test and improve model performance regularly. Skills Required · 3–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist. · Banking experience is mandatory. · Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning tools. · Experience with customer analytics or marketing models. · Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical teams. Good to Have · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Knowledge of dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
