Data Scientist We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in applied AI/ML to lead our team's data science efforts. This role requires expertise in transformer architectures, model training, fine-tuning, and optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative research environment, is execution-focused, and demonstrates ownership from architecture to deployment. Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning transformer-based architectures for various applications, applying expertise in at least one modality (text, audio, or video) with end-to-end project experience, coding and debugging skills in Python with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), experience with ML pipelines (FastAPI or similar) for inference and deployment, and designing and implementing automated evaluation methods for generative outputs. Develop and Fine-Tune Transformer Architectures: Design and implement transformer-based models for various applications, including text, audio, and video processing. Apply Expertise in Modalities: Leverage experience in at least one modality (text, audio, or video) with end-to-end project experience to drive business results. Coding and Debugging Skills: Develop and maintain high-quality code using Python with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with ML Pipelines: Implement efficient ML pipelines (FastAPI or similar) for inference and deployment. Automated Evaluation Methods: Design and implement automated evaluation methods for generative outputs.
