Job Summary We are seeking a Data Scientist who will work on digital and e-commerce data, using analytical and modeling techniques to draw meaningful insights that drive online business growth. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with business understanding and a storytelling mindset to translate data into actionable strategies. Must-Have Skills & Tools: • Proficiency in Python and SQL • Solid understanding of data extraction, manipulation, and analysis • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering • Ability to design and evaluate predictive models • Good communication and data storytelling skills • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities • Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Good to Have: • Exposure to marketing analytics or digital campaign optimization • Familiarity with web and e-commerce platforms data (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) • Experience with A / B testing and customer segmentation. Roles & Responsibilities: • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities • Build and deploy analytical models to optimize marketing and sales strategies • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for business teams • Develop dashboards and visual reports to track business KPIs • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to define data-driven strategies.
