Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to uncover meaningful insights. Your daily tasks will include designing predictive models, building machine learning algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems. You will also be involved in data visualization, creating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve operations and decision-making processes. Qualifications • Data analysis and statistical skills, including proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages. • Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other equivalent platforms. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with attention to detail. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets. • Solid understanding of data processing, data cleaning, and data transformation techniques. • Educational background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field with relevant work experience. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Knowledge of big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus.
