Job Overview Responsibilities for Data Scientist 1. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. 2. Mine and analyze data from client databases to drive optimization and improvement of use case development, marketing techniques and business strategies. 3. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. 5. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize QA and other business outcomes. 6. Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality. 7. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. 8. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. • *Requirements**: Must Have 1. 8+ Year’s Experience in Data Science, AI/ML and total IT experience of 12+ years 2. R language experience is a must 3. Ability to learn new AI/ML tools and use them effectively. 4. Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc. 5. Demonstrated experience data retrieval from various SDLC systems and analytic reporting databases. 6. Familiarity with databases and database query languages such as MySQL, Access, and SQL. Experience with Python and other programming languages. 7. Ability to interface effectively with client and work constructively on a team. 8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 9. Experience with cloud computing environments and data science tools such as AWS, SageMaker, GCP and Databricks. 10. Experience with NLP algorithms such as LSA, LDA, and QNLI. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub. Knowledge of software engineering and structured software development. 11.
