You will be joining Salesforce as a Data Scientist in the Global Success Business Intelligence (GSBI) Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end ML processes, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders, and driving effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to work in a diverse team and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain end-to-end ML processes, including requirement gathering, model development, testing, and deployment across various environments. - Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through robust statistical analysis. - Drive effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation for Salesforce. - Work effectively in a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers across different time zones. **Qualifications Required:** - 6 years of experience in a data scientist or similar role involving data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling, and communication. - Proven ability to solve business problems through a structured thought process. - Knowledge of data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and statistical/mathematical software (e.g., Jupyter, PyCharm, R, SAS, etc.). - Experience with basic and advanced machine learning techniques such as linear and logistic regression, SVM, time series (ARIMA etc.), and Tree-based models. - Proficiency in Natural Language Processing techniques will be advantageous. - 2 years of experience working on at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP, DataIKU, etc. - Familiarity with Git, Airflow, Docker-Containers, AWS Sagemaker, MLOps will be a plus. - Experience in creating data visualizations on at least one UI platform such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with LLMs will be beneficial. You will have the opportunity to work in either Hyderabad, TG, IND or Bangalore, KA, IND.
