📍 Location: Pune 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead and deliver end-to-end AI & Analytics programs. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, team leadership skills, and the ability to engage with clients to solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics and machine learning. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop & deploy ML solutions using Python, R, SQL, NoSQL & Spark • Build scalable analytics solutions on AWS, Azure & GCP • Develop predictive models (Regression, Random Forest, SVM, Neural Networks, K-Means, PCA, etc.) • Work with Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BERT • Apply statistical techniques & hypothesis testing for data-driven insights • Lead end-to-end AI programs with ownership of delivery & timelines • Manage client stakeholders & drive structured project governance • Mentor & guide data science teams • Support pre-sales & technology roadmap planning 🔹 Desired Skills • Strong ML expertise (structured & unstructured data) • Experience with distributed computing & large-scale data processing • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills • Proven leadership experience in analytics projects
