Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data science solutions using Azure Machine Learning and other Azure services. • Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications. • Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis and modeling. • Utilize Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks for data integration and processing tasks. • Implement and manage end-to-end data science workflows on Azure, ensuring scalability and performance. • Communicate insights and findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure technologies and data science methodologies. • Lead and manage a team of data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. • Ensure successful technical delivery of projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. • 8-11 years of proven experience as a data scientist, with significant exposure to Azure solutions and technical delivery. • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams of data scientists and engineers. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development. • Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical techniques, and best practices in model deployment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
