As a Data Scientist + Instructor (AI/ML) at Rishihood University (Sonipat) for one of Uplers' Clients, Newton School, you will have the opportunity to blend your hands-on expertise in AI/ML with academic mentorship to shape the next generation of AI talent. Your role will involve leading applied AI/ML instruction, driving curriculum innovation, mentoring learners, providing academic leadership, conducting research, and continuously learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Applied AI/ML Instruction • Design and deliver high-impact, project-driven courses in AI/ML covering various areas such as Python for ML, Statistics, ML Algorithms, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, ML Ops, and Generative AI. • Foster deep conceptual understanding through real-world examples and case studies. • Drive Curriculum Innovation • Develop and continuously evolve the AI/ML curriculum to align with cutting-edge tools, techniques, and emerging industry trends. • Bring industry insights, best practices, and recent advancements into academic learning. • Mentor & Guide Learners • Supervise and mentor students on AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment. • Provide regular technical feedback, code reviews, and guidance on applying ML techniques to solve real-world challenges. • Academic Leadership • Collaborate with other faculty and program leaders to enhance the academic experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineer, or Research Scientist.
