About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and curious Data Scientist Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with large datasets, applying machine learning, and building data-driven insights that support business and product decisions. You’ll collaborate with experienced data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders while sharpening your technical and analytical skills. What You’ll Do: - Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. - Support the development of machine learning models and perform model evaluation. - Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to define data problems and propose solutions. - Assist in designing experiments (A/B testing) and analyzing results. - Document findings, processes, and model performance. What You Bring: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data analysis. - Familiarity with SQL for data querying. - Understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and work in a team environment.
