Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Your role will involve ideating, designing, developing, modeling, and deploying advanced solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, formulate data-driven hypotheses, and identify KPIs for analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering, pre-processing, and exploring large-scale structured and unstructured data from diverse sources such as clinical trials, patient records, and genetic data. - Applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques to extract insights and develop models that drive actionable recommendations. - Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and anomalies in the data and propose solutions to business problems. - Collaboration with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data availability, quality, and reliability for analysis and modeling will be essential. - Communicating complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations. - Staying up-to-date with the latest methodologies and best practices in statistical analysis, machine learning, and the biopharma industry will also be a part of your role. - Mentoring and providing guidance to junior data scientists and actively participating in knowledge sharing and team development initiatives.
