Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Time Series Forecasting, Machine Learning, LLMs, and ...  Business Intelligence tools. This role requires daily collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical and ML-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities ∙Engage in daily communication with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. ∙Develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning and Time Series forecasting models for business use cases. ∙Work extensively with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and model development. ∙Design and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. ∙Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. ∙Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as Hugging Face. ∙Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation. ∙Ensure model performance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement. ∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business units. ∙Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner. Required Skills & Qualifications ∙5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning. ∙Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.). ∙Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying large datasets. ∙Proven experience in Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.). ∙Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms. ∙Experience working with LLMs and Hugging Face ecosystem. ∙Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting. ∙Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and evaluation metrics. ∙Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ∙Experience in deploying ML models in production environments. ∙Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). ∙Knowledge of MLOps practices. ∙Experience in NLP use cases and generative AI applications.
