About the job
We’re seeking an Associate Data Scientist with strong expertise in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to drive impactful marketing analytics projects. What You’ll Do : • Lead end-to-end analytics projects : problem framing, modeling, insights, and recommendations. • Build and validate models for MMM, MTA, forecasting, segmentation, and response scoring. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable analytics solutions. • Present insights to non-technical audiences and support data-driven decision-making. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable analytics frameworks. What We’re Looking For : • 4–6 years in applied data science, marketing analytics, or consulting. • Hands-on experience with MMM and / or MTA. • Strong Python / R skills and experience with ML / statistical modelling. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Applied Math, Economics, or related). Nice-to-Have : • Exposure to Bayesian modeling, causal inference, optimization, or NLP. • Experience with cloud platforms and production ML workflows. • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (paid media, SEO, search).
