Job Title: Data Scientist (Media Mix Modeling) Location: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Contract Total Work Exp. : 6+ years Relevant Work experience: 3+ years We’re seeking an Associate Data Scientist with strong expertise in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to drive impactful marketing analytics projects. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end analytics projects: problem framing, modeling, insights, and recommendations. Build and validate models for MMM, MTA, forecasting, segmentation, and response scoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable analytics solutions. Present insights to non-technical audiences and support data-driven decision-making. Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable analytics frameworks. What We’re Looking For: 4–6 years in applied data science, marketing analytics, or consulting. Hands-on experience with MMM and/or MTA. Strong Python/R skills and experience with ML/statistical modelling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Applied Math, Economics, or related). Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Bayesian modeling, causal inference, optimization, or NLP. Experience with cloud platforms and production ML workflows. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics (paid media, SEO, search).
