As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. You will analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing predictive models for Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA). Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable solutions is a key aspect of your role. You will design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and effectiveness, optimize algorithms for processing speed and accuracy, and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies. Effective communication of findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
