Position: DDS Analyst Job Description: What You will Be Doing Job Summary: As a Data Driven Sourcing Analyst, you will be the primary link between customer demand and global supply availability. You will leverage data-driven insights to evaluate electronic component specifications (MPNs, date codes, lead times) and execute strategic sourcing decisions. This role requires a blend of technical data analysis, proactive market engagement, and exceptional international communication. Key Responsibilities: Demand Analysis, Quote Strategy, Opportunity Management, Global Market Sourcing, Database Management, Stakeholder Communication. Demand analysis of Manufacturer Part Numbers, lead times, date code, pricing constraints to align customer requirements with global market availability. By leveraging real-time data and maintaining a centralized database of all transactions, the analyst identifies high-margin sourcing opportunities and collaborates with the buying team to deliver competitive quotes that maximize organizational revenue. Beyond reactive fulfillment, the role involves proactive opportunity management, re-engaging past customers when lucrative vendor offers arise while maintaining high-level English communication to manage complex interactions with international stakeholders and global vendors. What We Are Looking For Required skills, Education and experience: • Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to assess and interpret complex supply chain datasets using tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL. • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the electronic components lifecycle, including technical specifications and global distribution standards. • Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) for daily interaction with international stakeholders. • Strategic Mindset: An open-minded approach to problem-solving and the ability to grasp broader supply chain concepts to improve overall efficiency. • Education: Graduate degree from a reputed university. • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, or electronic component analysis. • Availability: Demonstrated commitment to organizational goals, including the flexibility to work on public holidays to support global client time zones. • Aptitude: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex data under tight deadlines.
