About the job

Role Overview This role is responsible for reviewing, setting standards, and providing strategic direction to account and delivery teams on contract documents, RFP responses, MSAs, and PIP statements. The focus is on Delivery/Engineering alignment and Risk Management, ensuring commercial and operational feasibility across engagements. Key Responsibilities • Review and provide guidance on contract documentation and engagement/commercial models such as: • Managed Outcome • Fixed Price • Managed Services • Managed Capacity • Design, implement, and streamline the Deal Assurance Review process at an enterprise level. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including client-facing teams, delivery management, and leadership. • Analyze, document, and communicate review findings in a structured and methodical manner. • Ensure risk mitigation, delivery feasibility, and compliance across deals. • Demonstrate strong execution mindset backed by delivery and engineering experience. Required Skills & Expertise • Strong understanding of delivery engagement models and billing structures: • Flat fee, milestone-based, per-transaction, capacity-based, etc. • Pre-sales experience in crafting and reviewing: • Contract documents • RFP responses • PIP statements • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.). • Proven experience in: • Project Management • Risk Management • Delivery / Engineering processes and tools • Strong stakeholder communication and client relationship management skills. Experience Requirements • Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience across systems, processes, and frameworks. • At least 5 years of project management experience. • Exposure to multiple, diverse client engagements with strong understanding of various engagement models. • Demonstrated job stability is mandatory. Certifications • Project Management or process-related certifications are an added advantage. Interview Process • 2 Technical Rounds • 1 Client/Stakeholder Round Skills: capacity-based, project management, stakeholder communication, per-transaction, pip statements, contract documents, milestone-based, flat fee, delivery / engineering processes and tools, risk management, rfp responses.
