Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Debt Syndication Associate. You will be part of the Investment Banking (Debt Syndication Practice). This is a two year old business, which has closed 10+ transactions. Key Responsibilities • Transaction Execution: Support the structuring, pricing, and documentation of syndicated loans, including drafting term sheets and information memoranda. • Relationship Management: Liaise between borrowers, relationship managers, and syndicate members to ensure smooth operations and timely closing. • Analytical Support: Perform due diligence, analyze financial statements, prepare deal presentations, and track market comparable data. Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: 2–3+ years in banking, loan syndication. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and, frequently, experience with loan servicing software. • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and loan documentation. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for managing relationships and preparing documentation. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
