As a Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing ML Engineer at our company, your role will include creating artificial intelligence based products and solutions. You will be responsible for developing machine learning models, retraining systems, and shaping efficient self-learning applications. Your work may involve switching between ML modules and non-ML modules to meet product requirements. It is essential for you to demonstrate equal interest in software engineering aspects of the role. Your typical week at our company may involve tasks such as: - Improving our core Question Answering algorithm - Reading and researching state-of-the-art papers in NLU problems - Inventing new NLU algorithms - Working with a unique large dataset and natural/unstructured data sources - Building Deep Learning models in TensorFlow for GPUs and CPUs - Collaborating with Backend Engineers to deploy models to production - Contributing to research publications in top papers such as NIPS and Arxiv Key Responsibilities: - 1+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning teams - Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras - Experience in modern Deep Learning and NLP, including Neural Networks, RNNs, seq2seq+attention models, and real-world machine learning in TensorFlow - Experience in building production-ready NLP systems - Familiarity with non-standard machine intelligence models like Reinforcement Learning, Hierarchical Temporal Memory, Capsule Networks - Familiarity with Distributed systems such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, Redis, AWS S3/EC2/RDS/KMS, MongoDB, or Lucene - Adaptable, humble, and interested in pushing the boundaries of what's possible In addition to the technical skills mentioned above, we are looking for individuals with a growth mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to make an impact on the world.
