This role is responsible for ensuring predictable execution, cross-team coordination, and measurable business outcomes across complex, multi-workstream initiatives. In this role, you will lead delivery of the Digital Product Passport roadmap, a critical digital supply chain product built on the Industrial Data Lake hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Delivery spans multiple Agile teams and disciplines—including cloud, data, analytics, user experience, and advanced AI/ML capabilities—supporting a global digital supply chain organization. You will partner closely with Business and Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to translate priorities into delivered value. You will manage delivery cadence, dependencies, and risks, while providing clear, actionable visibility into progress, outcomes, and tradeoffs for stakeholders and leadership. This role is central to ensuring that Entegris’ digital supply chain innovations are delivered with speed, quality, and predictability. You will help translate strategy into execution, enabling global teams to deliver high-impact digital capabilities that support transparency, scalability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: • Drive end to end delivery of digital supply chain products and capabilities across multiple Agile teams and workstreams, ensuring predictable execution against roadmap priorities. • Own delivery planning and cadence, including sprint execution, release planning, and integrated milestone tracking across teams. • Support Agile and PI planning, ensuring commitments, dependencies, and delivery plans are clearly defined, aligned, and actively managed. • Coordinate execution across internal teams, external partners, and key supply chain stakeholders, surfacing dependencies early and maintaining delivery flow. • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and impediments, escalating early and driving resolution to protect timelines, scope, and quality. • Provide regular, outcome-focused delivery visibility to stakeholders and leadership, translating status into risks, dependencies, and required decisions or tradeoffs. • Ensure quality and release readiness, aligning Definition of Ready/Done, testing strategies, documentation, and operational handoff and support readiness. • Promote DevSecOps-aligned delivery practices, reinforcing automation, security-by-design, and operational readiness throughout execution. • Continuously improve delivery performance, using Agile metrics and retrospectives to identify bottlenecks and improve predictability, throughput, and speed-to-market. • Partner with the internal PMO to strengthen delivery maturity across core supply chain workstreams, coaching Scrum Masters and delivery leads and standardizing delivery practices. What We Seek: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, including leadership of digital platforms or custom software products. • Strong experience leading delivery in Agile and/or SAFe environments, supporting complex, global initiatives. • Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations in cross-functional settings. • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. • Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI-enabled platforms within core supply chain domains. • Experience coordinating delivery across internal teams and external vendors or partners. • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, data platforms, or knowledge graph concepts. • Agile or delivery certifications such as SAFe, Scrum, PMP, or PMI-ACP. • Working knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD practices, and release automation. Skills & Competencies: • Agile Delivery - Execution Strong command of planning, execution, forecasting, and release coordination across multiple teams. • Dependency & Risk Management - Ability to anticipate, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks early. • Stakeholder Communication - Ability to provide concise, outcome-focused updates and facilitate tradeoff and decision discussions. • Quality & Operational - Readiness Strong focus on delivery hygiene, testing alignment, documentation, and production readiness. • Continuous Improvement Mindset - Ability to use metrics, feedback loops, and retrospectives to improve predictability, throughput, and delivery outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to work effectively across product, architecture, engineering, security, and business stakeholders.
