Job Description Job Title: Delivery Manager (HR Ops) - Senior Manager Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR Ops (payroll, workforce Administration, Recruitment operations). Manage end‑to‑end process delivery for assigned HR Ops / Payroll / Recruitment functions. Ensure timely execution of deliverables as per SLAs & KPIs. Manage a team of associates/analysts and monitor productivity, quality & adherence. Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance feedback. Drive process accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Handle operational escalations and perform root‑cause analysis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and support teams. Maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business governance. Support transition activities, knowledge transfer, and process documentation. Identify improvement opportunities & implement process enhancements. Strong domain knowledge: HR Ops / Workforce Admin / Payroll / IT Recruitment Excellent communication & stakeholder management Team handling experience in a BPO/shared services setup Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance Hands‑on experience with HRIS/ATS/Payroll tools (ZOHO/SAP/Workday/Oracle/ADP etc.) Strong Excel & reporting ability. Candidate should be flexible with night shifts & 24*7 rotational shifts.
