Demand and Supply Planning Manager

Job Description: Responsible for handling demand planning, supply planning, and coordination with Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and API teams to ensure smooth production and material availability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct monthly demand review meetings for assigned regions. - Review demand with budget, historical data, and open orders. - Finalize market-wise and plant-wise demand plan. - Prepare monthly supply plan based on demand and production capacity. - Review supply vs demand and highlight shortages or risks. - Track plant production plan vs actual output. - Monitor API and excipient stock, consumption, and open purchase orders. - Coordinate with procurement team for timely material availability. - Track finished goods inventory and aging stock. - Follow up on pending orders and highlight delays. - Prepare reports for Supply Review meetings. - Maintain planning and inventory reports in Excel.
