About the job
PURPOSE To oversee the organization’s finance function with a focus on strategic planning, financial control, reporting, and governance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Operational Excellence • Support the General Managers/ Unit Heads in managing day-to-day financial operations. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist in implementing and monitoring processes for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. People Management • Supervise, guide, and motivate finance heads and managers. Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance guidelines.
