We are having an opening for Deputy General Manager Marketing - Oncology for a leading Pharma Company Position : DGM Marketing - Oncology Exp: 15+ years Location: Mumbai Type : Full Time, Permanent Seeking a senior oncology marketing professional to lead and scale its oncology portfolio. The role involves strategic ownership of marketing initiatives, product lifecycle management, and leadership of a high-performing oncology marketing team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio, including product launches, brand building, and lifecycle management. Develop long-term and short-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Manage and mentor a team of product managers and marketing professionals. Drive market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to strengthen brand positioning. Collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure effective execution. Monitor brand performance, sales trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives. Represent the oncology marketing function in senior management reviews and strategy forums. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines. Candidate Profile Proven experience in oncology marketing within a reputed Indian or multinational pharmaceutical company. Currently handling or has recently handled oncology business at a senior marketing leadership level. Strong experience in managing and developing marketing teams. Demonstrated success in recent product launches, portfolio expansion, and market penetration. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Qualification & Experience Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences (MBA preferred). 15+ years of overall pharmaceutical experience, with significant exposure to oncology marketing. Must be currently managing oncology brands and a marketing team.
