Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Deputy General Manager of Operations, based in Chennai, with some remote working flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery, and managing and mentoring teams to meet performance standards. The Deputy General Manager will also handle budgeting, implement operational strategies, and drive process improvements to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications • Skills in General Management and Operations Management to oversee processes and achieve organizational goals • Expertise in Customer Service and Team Management to lead and develop a high-performing team • Proficiency in Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and resource optimization • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Experience in the travel or service industry is an advantage • Master’s degree in Economics.
