Job Purpose: Head of Section - Security ensures the security of people and assets by gathering intelligence, liaising with internal and civil authorities, and implementing security measures. Responsible for ensuring the security of the people and assets by gathering valuable intelligence inputs and liaising with various internal & civil authorities. Responsibilities Intelligence Gathering and Risk Mitigation: • Collect information on potential criminal activities and union movements, sharing insights with field and operations teams to reduce risks. • Counter espionage efforts and prevent internal information leaks by managing the flow of intelligence to the appropriate parties. Community Intelligence Network • Develop a network of informants, known as Adani Mitra, among employees and the local community to monitor suspicious activities and gather intelligence on potential threats. Surveillance And Record Keeping • Maintain records of antisocial elements in the vicinity, monitoring their movements discreetly to prevent any subversive activities. Investigation And Property Protection • Investigate crime scenes, preserve evidence, study criminal methods, track suspects, and conduct interrogations to protect property and resolve cases. Law Enforcement Liaison • Collaborate with local police to assist business owners in reporting crimes and navigating the legal process for complaints and FIRs. Security Planning And Budgeting • Oversee the Security Operational Plan, manage annual budgeting, and implement innovative security measures, including Artificial Intelligence. Training And Development • Conduct intelligence and vigilance training for security personnel, encouraging the development of independent sources and a robust intelligence network. Government And Community Relations • Liaise with local police, villagers, panchayat members, and government bodies to exchange information and maintain community relations. Digital Mindset • Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Team Development • Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
