Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Culture Anchor: Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort, plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targets Execute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effort Own It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organization’s policies Act with Integrity Duties And Responsibilities • Responsible for managing and upkeep of the branch • Manage a team of 5 PSFs • Cross-sell/Upsell FD & other investment products • Acquisition target • Catchment area mapping • Data distributions to PSFs • Conduct localized marketing events Required Qualifications And Experience • 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management • Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential • Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business • Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures • Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment. • Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment.
