Roles and Responsibility • Manage and oversee the logistics and supply chain operations for efficient and timely delivery of goods. • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve performance and reduce costs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics processes. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve exceptional results. Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and technologies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Experience with logistics software and systems is an advantage.
