Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Deputy Manager / Manager – HR for Training & Development, HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR reporting, Reward Programs, HR Calendar. Key Responsibilities: - Training & Development programs, identify training needs, and track program effectiveness. - Recent HR initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational culture. - Prepare and manage the HR Calendar, including engagement activities, events, and awareness programs. - Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities such as cultural events, team-building programs, and internal campaigns. - Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards. - Manage Rewards & Recognition programs including monthly, quarterly, and special awards. - Coordinate Service Awards and employee milestone recognition programs. Qualifications: - MBA / PGDM in HR preferred. - Any graduate with relevant HR experience can apply.
