Position Details: • Organization: Jubilant Generics Limited • Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager - Program Management (US) • Location: Greater Noida Job Summary: The role demands proactive planning, regulatory understanding, Tech transfer understanding and close collaboration with quality, regulatory, third party labs, CMOs, CROs, manufacturing plant and overseas Business teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure for global regulatory and commercial projects. • Develop project timelines, risk registers and mitigation plans aligned with client and internal expectations. • Take full accountability for Tech Transfer planning and execution across external CMOs. • Act as a single point of contact for international clients and internal teams for project-related updates. • Ensure transparent communication and reporting of project status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership. • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align project goals. • Ensure deliverables and documentation meet the regulatory standards of US. • Track country-specific requirements and proactively align project activities accordingly.
