The Position: Organization: - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation & Level: - Deputy Manager – Marketing, CDMO Location: - Corporate Office Reporting Manager: - Vice President & SBU Head - CDMO Key Responsibilities • Manage and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) for CDMO development programs, including proposal preparation and submission. • Maintain and analyze a digital RFP register to track opportunities and performance metrics. • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to support strategic positioning. • Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in new product development. • Analyze pharmaceutical pipelines to identify target intermediates and maintain a comprehensive customer master list. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, regulatory, QA, BD, finance, and operations) to align contract terms with business and compliance needs. • Ensure timely contract sign-off and execution in line with customer and internal requirements. • Curate and distribute market newsletters and industry updates. • Gather and analyze customer feedback from the Business Development team to inform strategy. • Support social media initiatives and branding efforts for the CDMO business. • Prepare detailed product reports for all CDMO offerings. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum qualification: MSc in Chemistry + MBA (optional) • Second preference for qualification is B.Tech Chemical engineering. • Must have 5-7 years of experience. Desired Certifications: • Power BI– For advanced data visualization and business intelligence reporting. • Analytical Tools– Proficiency in tools for data analysis and decision-making support. • Smartsheet / MS Project– For project planning, tracking, and collaborative work management. • PMP (Project Management Professional)– To enhance project leadership and execution capabilities.
