Job Title: Deputy Manager - Projects Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 8–10 years of experience in the process industry Job Location: Manaparrai, Trichy Key Skills: CAPEX Project Management · Process Scale-up · P&ID · Commissioning & Start-up · Process Improvement · Vendor & Stakeholder Management Job Responsibilities: • Develop strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and P&ID and communicate the same to cross-functional teams and vendors. • Drive systemic optimization through learning, innovation, and technology alignment. • Prepare method statements for equipment erection and commissioning. • Support Process teams in implementing and optimizing SOPs for new and existing processes. • Handle and resolve technical escalations from customers, suppliers, statutory authorities, and employees.
