Location Name: Delhi - Pitampura Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Culture Anchor: Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targets Execute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effort Own It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organization’s policies Act with Integrity Duties And Responsibilities Х Sourcing good quality customers for salaried personal loans in the location from the open market Х Cross selling of the insurance products to the Sal PL customers Х Training the PSF and getting the targeted monthly numbers from the PSF team and driving PSF productivity as per company plans Х Delivery on the Monthly Target on Salaried PL as well as Insurance cross sell Х Ensuring required conversion on any centralized leads getting passed on Х Coordinating with the Credit and Ops teams to ensure timely Approvals as well as Disbursements Required Qualifications And Experience Х Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience
