About the job

Join AMPIN Energy Transition’s Human Resources team! How you will contribute: 1. Employee Relations • Support in managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring effective conflict resolution. • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by maintaining open communication channels between employees and management. 2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities • Contribute to the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth integration of new hires into the organisation by coordination with the HO. • Responsible for ensuring all joining formalities are completed efficiently, collaborating with relevant departments for seamless new hire integration. 3. Employee Engagement Initiatives • Contribute in the coordination and implementation of employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving job satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the HR team to organise events and activities that foster team spirit and a positive work culture. 4. Documentation & HR Support • Responsible for meticulous documentation and proficient assistance in HR activities. • Facilitate smooth operations through organised record maintenance and collaborative support in diverse HR functions. 5. Talent Acquisition • Support the recruitment process by collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders to manage the process end to end. • Handle interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates. • Assist in the preparation and signing of offer letters and other related documentation. 6. Learning & Development Coordination • Support in the Learning & Development (L&D) activities by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other development programs. • Track and maintain records of employee training and development progress, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Ideal Skills for this role include: • Bachelor’s degree/ MBA in HR or related fields. • Proven experience of 5-8 years in HR coordination and generalist activities, preferably in the renewable energy sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
