Job Description Posting Start Date: 3/3/26 Function Agronomic Production Main Goal To manage vegetable seed production activities for HM.CLAUSE India in the allotted areas at field level and administrative level. Job description • Lead & drive safe practices in the field & ensure that all the supervisors, local staff, contractors/vendors/organizers are abiding the statutory requirements. • Manage and coordinate commercial vegetable seed production in allotted area/home farm. • Ensure that the ordered seed is delivered on time with consistent high quality by working closely with supervisors/growers in the field. • Keep high standard communication with Network Production/Home Farm Manager. • Supervise and control production expenses and grower/supplier payments. • Implementation of new projects (technical improvements or continuous improvements in improving productivity/ease of production & reducing COGs). • Explore and develop new suitable areas for vegetable seed production in India. • Manage good relations & ensure 100% retention of good growers to increase production. What we expect of you • Strong inter-personal, excellent written & oral communication & leadership skills are must. • Knowledge of crop growing practices within assigned area and grower base. • Good planning, prioritizing & organizing skills. • Fluency in English, Hindi & local language. • Good leadership skills, team player, social versatility, communicator.
