_Urgent opening for India's Number 1 Interior Design Firm_ Designation : Design Manager Budget: Up to 14 LPA (Hike Given basis current Fixed CTC) + Exciting Perks • _About the Role:_* A Design Manager will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions. Managers often collaborate on projects with their colleagues, delegate tasks and check for design quality and consistency. Managers also meet with clients and guide designers to close the designs. • _Key Responsibilities:_* - Oversee end-to-end management of interior design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Lead and monitor a team of designers, ensuring productivity and high standards of design output. - Review all design presentations before client meetings to maintain consistency and quality. - Plan and manage design timelines to ensure deadlines are met efficiently. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the design journey. - Track and drive customer satisfaction through the Design Net Promoter Score (NPS). - Provide technical training and support to designers as needed. - Lead design discussions and contribute to creative direction and ideation. - Collaborate closely with team members, fostering a culture of mentorship, support, and teamwork. - Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide design insights. - Train and onboard new designers to align them with Bonito Designs' standards. - Partner with the sales team to support them in presenting compelling design pitches and onboarding clients effectively. • _Experience & Education Required:_* - 9-12 yrs years of experience in a design-led organization or agency. - A master’s in design from a reputed institution. - A strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning design work. - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies. • _Key Skills and Attributes:_* - Ability to think ahead, identify emerging trends, and translate them into business opportunities. - Expertise in understanding user behavior, crafting intuitive experiences, and aligning design with customer needs. - Capability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing design teams across multiple locations. - Understanding of how design impacts business growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning. - Strong ability to work across departments, including marketing, technology, and operations, to integrate design seamlessly. - Ability to articulate design narratives, both internally to stakeholders and externally to clients and the media. - A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and scalability in design operations. - Confidence to represent the brand at industry forums, public events, and media interactions. - Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new tools, and evolving with changing market dynamics.
