Key Accountability Areas Engineering Solutions Development and Implementation • Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for product design and testing, ensuring full compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications. • Ensure the robustness of design processes to meet functional and performance requirements. Testing and Validation • Lead comprehensive testing and validation of product designs to verify reliability, functionality, and performance under real-world conditions. • Ensure rigorous adherence to quality standards and provide detailed analysis of test results to validate design integrity. Project Management and Coordination • Manage and oversee product development projects from inception through to completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones, adherence to project budgets, and alignment with overall business objectives. Continuous Improvement • Conduct in-depth analysis of testing data to identify potential areas for design optimization and performance enhancement. • Implement continuous improvement processes to refine product quality, increase efficiency, and ensure long-term reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between design, testing objectives, and broader business goals. • Foster effective communication and teamwork to drive the successful execution of engineering projects. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: • Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
