The Development Manager – Retail Agency will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents to drive business development and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, building long-term client relationships, conducting meetings, and implementing strategies to expand the clientele base. The manager will focus on fostering a productive and motivated team environment while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and ethical standards. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence in Tiruvalla. Qualifications: - Strong recruiting and training skills to onboard and develop a network of agents effectively. - Proficiency in sales and business development to achieve performance targets and expand the customer base. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and guide the team. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to foster collaboration and results-driven partnerships. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to enhance client engagement. - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred, with a solid understanding of relevant products and processes. - Educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in insurance or sales would be an added advantage.
