Responsibilities: • Account Executive-Digital, will play a key role in driving the digital marketing efforts and optimizing our online presence to achieve business objectives. • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. • Plan and implement digital campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and target audience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize digital customer journeys, enhancing user experience and engagement. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and leverage them to enhance our digital marketing efforts. • Stay up to date with digital marketing tools and platforms, and train team members on their effective use. • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business goals. Requirements: • 1-2 years of work experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends. • Experience with various digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management systems, marketing automation software, etc. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
