Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Content Creator & Video Specialist. We are looking for a creative storyteller whose primary focus is high-impact video, but who is also skilled at creating the static assets that support a modern digital brand. In this role, your main priority will be scripting, editing, and producing engaging Reels and short-form skit videos. Alongside video, you will design sleek Instagram carousels, social media graphics, and brand materials. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve by using AI tools and prompts to enhance their creative workflow and deliver professional, trend-setting content. What You Will Do • Video First: Take the lead on producing "thumb-stopping" Reels and short videos, from the initial idea and scripting to the final edit. • Static Design: Create high-quality social media carousels, banners, and graphics that align with a brand’s visual identity. • AI Innovation: Use AI prompting (for images, voiceovers, or background elements) to speed up production and add a futuristic touch to your work. • Brand Growth: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm content that grabs attention and grows our clients' online presence. • Quality Control: Ensure all visuals—whether moving or static—are polished, professional, and delivered on time. What We Are Looking For • Editing Expertise: Strong skills in video editing software (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve). • Design Skills: A solid eye for layout and typography to create carousels and graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. • AI Enthusiast: Experience using AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, or ChatGPT for scripts) to assist in the creative process. • Content Awareness: A deep understanding of social media trends, sounds, and what makes a video go viral. • Multitasking: The ability to switch between editing a video and designing a static post without losing focus. • Team Player: Excellent communication skills for a remote environment and a "can-do" attitude toward creative challenges. • Experience: Previous work in a digital agency or social media-heavy environment is a big plus.
