The Digital Content Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing the firm’s digital thought leadership strategy. The role is part of a small team that works closely with partners across practices, sub-practices, focus groups, and sectors and allied professionals to conceptualise and deliver high-quality digital content. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Planning • Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital content strategy. • Identify high-impact webinars, videos, podcasts, and other digital opportunities aligned with practice plans. • Develop substantive legal and commercial content to direct and assist presenters in developing presentations and responding to questions (AI-enabled). 2. Partner Engagement & Content Development • Collaborate with partners to interpret and translate legal developments/issues into compelling digital content. • Ensure clarity, structure, and commercial relevance of outputs. 3. Project Management & Delivery • Manage end-to-end execution of digital initiatives. • Coordinate and supervise production with IT, design, and marketing teams. • Maintain quality and timeline discipline. 4. Presenter Coaching & Content Quality • Support partners in structuring and refining digital presentations. • Provide constructive feedback to enhance engagement. 5. Promotion & Marketing • Coordinate and manage pre-event and post-event (recording) promotion by direct mail, digital channels, and other means. • Coordinate and supervise content and design of digital promotions with design and digital distribution teams. • Manage delivery of event materials and publication of articles. 6. Analytics & Continuous Improvement • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback. • Provide reporting and recommendations for improvement.
