Digital & Content Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital & Content Marketing Lead of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT services or technology (BFS exposure is an advantage). This role will drive end-to-end content strategy and digital execution, including the creation of case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and marketing assets in collaboration with delivery SMEs. **Key Responsibilities** • Create and publish case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and marketing visuals (working with delivery SMEs for accuracy). • Manage website updates and product/service pages (content refresh, basic UX/content structuring). • Own execution: organic calendar, post creation, community engagement, and paid campaign support. • Support SEO basics (content SEO, keyword alignment, on-page improvements) and track performance. • Publish monthly reports on traffic, engagement, MQLs, and campaign performance. **Experience / Skills** • 7-12 years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT services/technology (BFS exposure is a plus). • Strong content writing ability with an executive tone; comfortable producing assets end-to-end. • Hands-on with basic SEO and analytics (Google Analytics/insights). • Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus. Zoho preferred; HubSpot/Salesforce acceptable. • Knowledge and Marketing of AI-based solutions is a plus. • High ownership, speed, and attention to detail (able to work with minimal supervision). • To support work timing 05.30 PM IST to 02.30 PM IST.
