Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketer specializing in generating inbound and outbound leads, located in Ludhiana. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategies for social media marketing, analyzing web analytics to optimize campaigns, and identifying and targeting key market opportunities. Additionally, the role requires proactive engagement with potential leads to establish meaningful connections and generate sales opportunities. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to boost customer engagement and attract potential clients • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to craft effective and result-driven campaigns • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, ensuring constant improvement • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to operate effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment in Ludhiana • Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and maintain a results-oriented approach. • Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are a plus.
