Job description A leading Digital Transformation Company is looking for a senior professional to manage a portfolio of clients for its digital marketing services. This role entails owning client relationships, providing strategic inputs to the clients, providing oversight to the delivery teams, managing escalations, resolving delivery and operational issues. Must-have: • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across digital marketing areas such as SEO, paid media, social, content, marketing automation, analytics, design, and video. • In-depth understanding of digital marketing from an ROI and business impact perspective. • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions and proposals. • Experience in B2B marketing and demand-generation initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: • Own client relationships while providing strategic guidance and thought leadership. • Provide oversight to delivery teams to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes. • Manage escalations and proactively resolve delivery and operational issues. • Help in pre-sales, solutioning, sales decks, sales emails, pitching, estimation, pricing. • Help in org wide initiatives and responsibilities like resource planning, invoicing, timesheet management, policy making and implementation, appraisals. Few more points: • End-to-end digital marketing experience across paid media, organic, analytics, content, and social media, along with strategic account management, campaign ownership, upselling, and cross-selling (not an integrated marketing role). • Team handling experience of 10+ members. • Exposure to managing B2B clients across all Tier 1-3 segments. • Educational background from premium institutes preferred. • Open to candidates with multi-geography exposure (US, UK, India, etc.); not restricted to a single region. • Designation to be kept open/flexible; please do not commit to a specific title.
