Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Growth Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for driving digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns across platforms to accelerate our growth and brand presence. Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, customer acquisition and retention • Lead and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and performance metrics. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand standards and resonate with target audiences. Team Leadership and Management • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance within the digital marketing team. • Oversee daily operations of digital campaigns, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Analytics and Performance Optimization: • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement. • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) by analyzing landing pages, user experience, and sales funnels, recommending improvements to increase conversions and sales. • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to improve digital marketing effectiveness. Industry Research and Competitor Analysis: • Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and the fashion industry, incorporating emerging strategies and best practices into campaigns. • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the brand maintains a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Mathematics/ Economics with a strong analytical background • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role within a D2C brand or fashion space • Strong experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. • Proven ability to handle significant digital marketing budgets, with a track record of optimizing spend to achieve the best ROI. • Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other data-driven platforms to measure performance and generate insights. • Ability to combine creative marketing with analytical insights to achieve growth objectives. • Strong understanding of growth marketing tactics, particularly for driving online sales • Knowledge of strategies and tools to optimize landing pages, user experience, and sales funnels.
